These tools have enabled ChartMogul users to create and compare customer groups in awesome new ways and dig much deeper into their subscription metrics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The biggest&nbsp;feedback so far:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>It would be amazing if we could add customer attributes without the need for a&nbsp;developer!<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>With this in mind, we\u2019ve created a really easy way for you to add attributes to your customers, with zero code. Using our <strong>new Google Sheets app<\/strong>, non-technical members of your team can add attributes to your customers. The app allows you to send attributes directly from a Google spreadsheet, without calling in IT Support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recap: Customer Attributes<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>A customer \u2018attribute\u2019 is a data point containing some meta information about one of your customers, e.g. sales rep, NPS score &#8211; virtually anything you can think of.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Importing these customer attributes into ChartMogul <strong>allows you to create and compare segments of customers<\/strong>. This lets you answer complex questions such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Which marketing funnel brings in the most MRR?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Who are highest performing sales reps?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Are NPS Promoters less likely to churn than Detractors?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What are our highest performing verticals?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do users of a specific feature have a higher LTV?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>My favourite use case for Segmentation? class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The app adds attributes to customer profiles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can use these attributes to create filters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>These customer attribute filters will be
