But after some quick research, it occurred to me that the act of developing good feedback processes is almost always under-invested in, especially with early stage startups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per Fragemann (<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/perfragemann\">@perfragemann<\/a>) has made it his mission to improve feedback and feedback culture in business, with a business he started called Small Improvements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.small-improvements.com\/\">Small Improvements<\/a>, Headquartered in Berlin, grew from a passion project during Per\u2019s former employment at Engineering giant <a href=\"https:\/\/www.atlassian.com\/\">Atlassian<\/a> in Australia.
