The location information is then stored in ChartMogul and can be easily used for segmentation in the Maps feature. There are many default attributes available out of the box in ChartMogul &#8212; you can learn more about them and how to make use of them\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/help.chartmogul.com\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/206120219#default_attributes\">here<\/a>. If you submit data via the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/help.chartmogul.com\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/207768559\">Google Sheets App<\/a>\u00a0or\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/dev.chartmogul.com\/v1.0\/reference#import-customers-invoices\">Import API<\/a>, you will need to specify the geo data in order to\u00a0build the segments described in this article.<\/p>\n<h1><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large\">Setting up segments to compare<\/h1>\n<p>We will create an\u00a0<strong>English-speaking countries<\/strong>\u00a0segment as well as a\u00a0<strong>Non-English speaking countries<\/strong>\u00a0segment that we can compare.<\/p>\n<p>1. Log in to your ChartMogul account, and head to\u00a0the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/app.chartmogul.com\/#maps\/mrr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">maps page<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>2. Using the Maps interface, you can now click on each English-speaking country or region to select them<\/p>\n<p>3. To create the segment\u00a0<strong>Non-English speaking countries<\/strong>, again select each of the countries that you want to include in the analysis and click\u00a0<strong>Save Region<\/strong>. Give this segment a sensible name, such as &#8220;Non-English speaking countries&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>5. To compare the two regional segments, go to your\u00a0<strong>Customer churn rate<\/strong>\u00a0chart and click on\u00a0<strong>All Regions.<\/strong>\u00a0Select the region\u00a0<strong>English Speaking Countries<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>6.
