ETL and data pipeline tools for ChartMogul

ETL and reverse ETL tools move data between ChartMogul and the rest of your stack. Use them to copy ChartMogul data into a database or warehouse that ChartMogul doesn't connect to directly, or to send customer and billing data from your warehouse into ChartMogul.

Copy ChartMogul data out (ETL)

Fivetran. Fivetran's ChartMogul connector copies your customers, invoices, plans, subscription events, and metrics like MRR, ARR, and churn into the destination you use with Fivetran, such as ClickHouse. Fivetran's ChartMogul connector

Airbyte. Airbyte's ChartMogul connector copies your customers, activities, and customer counts. It connects with a ChartMogul API key, and Airbyte recommends a read-only one. Airbyte lists the connector at its Marketplace support level. Airbyte's ChartMogul connector

Send warehouse data into ChartMogul (reverse ETL)

Fivetran Activations. Sends plans, customers, invoices, and transactions from your warehouse into ChartMogul. Fivetran Activations for ChartMogul

Hightouch. Syncs customer attributes, invoices, and transactions into ChartMogul on a schedule you set, from a warehouse or database such as Snowflake, BigQuery, ClickHouse, or PostgreSQL. Hightouch for ChartMogul

Invoices sent this way go through the ChartMogul API, the same way as any custom source.

Using BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift?

Data pipeline questions

Do these tools cost extra?

ChartMogul doesn't charge anything for connecting them. Fivetran, Airbyte, and Hightouch each set their own prices.

What's the difference between ETL and reverse ETL here?

ETL copies data out of ChartMogul into your database or warehouse, so you can join it with the rest of your data. Reverse ETL goes the other way: it sends data you already have in your warehouse, such as customer attributes or invoices, into ChartMogul.
