About the panel

2023 is going to be a year like no other. In the highly competitive B2B SaaS industry, we’re expecting tougher-than-usual macroeconomic headwinds, which means your team needs to keep strategy agile, data-backed and tightly paired with your customer’s needs.

To build this kind of strategy you’ll need to deeply understand the behavior of your customers and how they interact with your product. And to execute you’ll need a really good understanding of what's going on in your business and which metrics to prioritize.

The more data you have, the better your strategy and execution will be. It's just that simple. We’ve invited a panel of experts to discuss how to build an effective strategy for 2023 and how to course-correct as the year unfolds.

In this webinar we'll discuss:

  • What key metrics should be your topline focus
  • How to use data effectively when developing growth strategy
  • How to manage and keep on top of strategy execution
  • How to connect your growth strategy across teams
