ChargeOver subscription analytics

ChargeOver can send your customers, invoices, payments, and subscriptions to ChartMogul, which turns them into MRR, ARR, churn, and retention reports. ChargeOver builds and supports the integration, and you set it up in ChargeOver.

Built and supported by ChargeOver

The integration lives inside ChargeOver, under Settings > Integrations. ChargeOver builds and maintains it, so questions about the connection go to ChargeOver.

How it works

You give ChargeOver an API key from ChartMogul. From then on, ChargeOver sends new customers, invoices, payments, refunds, and subscriptions to ChartMogul automatically. To bring in your existing records too, you start a one-time historical sync from ChargeOver.

What gets sent to ChartMogul

  • Customers, with their ChargeOver sales rep and external key as custom attributes
  • Invoices, payments, and refunds
  • Subscriptions

Before you connect

ChargeOver's ChartMogul guide explains how invoice edits, cancellations, and payments are handled.

Setting it up

  1. In ChartMogul, create an API key.
  2. In ChargeOver, go to Settings > Integrations > More Integrations, find ChartMogul, and click Get Started.
  3. Paste the API key, name the data source, and save.
  4. Start the historical sync to bring in your existing data.

ChargeOver's ChartMogul guide covers each step and the optional trial settings.
