How does the free trial work?
All free trials are on the MOGUL plan which gives you complete access to all features of ChartMogul for 30 days. At the end of the free trial your account will no longer be accessible and you'll have the option to login and upgrade to a paid plan to regain access. If you purchase a plan below the MOGUL plan some features available during the free trial will be turned off, you can upgrade later to re-enable these features.
How do you define ‘paying customers’?
We define paying customers as currently active subscription customers who have paid at least one invoice and not yet cancelled their subscription. We don't count leads, free trials, free customers or cancelled customers towards your customer count.
How is pricing calculated when my ‘paying customer’ count changes?
Your price will adjust automatically based on the total number of ‘paying customers’ increasing or decreasing. All price adjustments are pro-rated.
What if I have more than 20,000 customers or B2C business model?
Contact us to discuss pricing. We try hard to accomodate both low and high volume businesses.
