How it works
Each teammate connects their own mailbox, by signing in with Google or Microsoft, or with IMAP and SMTP details for any other provider. ChartMogul then syncs their email in near real time and matches each message to contacts by email address, including contacts in CC.
Sending. You can write and send email from a customer's profile in ChartMogul, with templates, placeholders, drafts, and signatures.
New contacts. Email addresses ChartMogul finds in your mail can become new contacts on the matching leads and customers, based on their website domain. You can turn this off.
