How it works
Connecting. You add GoCardless as a source in ChartMogul, choose production or sandbox, and sign in to GoCardless to approve the connection. You need to be an Admin or Owner in ChartMogul and an administrator in GoCardless.
History. The first import brings in all your existing subscription billing data.
Staying up to date. Changes in GoCardless reach ChartMogul in real time.
Once the data is in, you get MRR, ARR, churn, LTV, and every customer's MRR movements, and can segment revenue by plan, country, or cohort.
What ChartMogul imports
- Customers, with their GoCardless custom fields as custom attributes, plus region and language
- Subscriptions and transactions
- Each customer's mandate ID, as a tag
Before you connect
- You need to use GoCardless Subscriptions.
- GoCardless has no free trials, so there are none to import.
