The integration is an app in the Subbly App Store. Subbly builds and maintains it, so questions about the connection go to Subbly's support team.

How it works

You install the ChartMogul app in Subbly and give it two things from ChartMogul: an API key, and the ID of a Subbly data source you create in ChartMogul. Subbly then sends new data to ChartMogul. To bring in your existing records, contact Subbly's support team with your data source ID and they'll run a historical sync.

Setting it up

  1. In ChartMogul, create an API key.
  2. In ChartMogul, add a Subbly data source and copy its ID.
  3. In Subbly, open App Store > ChartMogul, install the app, and enter the API key and data source ID.
  4. Ask Subbly's support team for a historical sync.
